Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

The Terms and Conditions of this Legal Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China.

Any controversy, complaint, or dispute as to the interpretation, execution and/or resolution of the terms and conditions described in this Legal Notice will be subject to legal arbitration before Shanghai International Arbitration Centre (SHIAC), which will appoint one (1) expert arbitrator ex in both the matters contained in this Legal Notice and in administering the process of arbitration as set forth in the rules and regulation. The arbitral award is understood to be definite, firm and binding for the parties. Each party must pay the lawyers fees incurred, while the cost of the arbitration process will be divided equally between the parties.
